Due to flaws in the parliamentary system Stephen Harper was given supreme authority in the legislative, executive and judicial powers of Canada. Harper is the only person in Canada with the authority to revisit election 2011.

This representative system became disturbing with the 2011 electoral fraud that elected many Conservative M.P.s with less than 25% of the electorate, and became a majority government.

The abuse of representative democracy became more disturbing when the Harper appointed supreme court of Canada decided for the Conservative litigant over the two term Liberal member who put up almost a quarter of a million of his own money to challenge the improbable results in Etobicoke on October 24, 2012
